Functional Competencies

  • Install new / rebuild existing hardware or cloud services, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements as per instruction of Team Lead or designated Personnel.
  • Administration Office 365 Cloud services Suite. (Share Point, Exchange MS Teams ETC).
  • Learn & Achieve the Trainings & Certification as instructed by SST-TL or designated Personnel.
  • Administer office premises servers, desktop computers, printers, software deployment, security updates and patches as per instruction of Team Lead or Designated Personnel.
  • Following the Developed and maintained installation and configuration procedures.
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards and procedures.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all on Premises and Cloud, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
  • Manage encryptions on laptops & backup.
  • Daily internet connection and bandwidth monitor.
  • Daily checklist completion If any.
  • Provide telephonic and remote support.
  • Perform scanning based on criteria & requirements provided.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Team Lead.


Basic Qualification: BS-CS
Professional Qualification: MCSA 2016 | AWS/Azure Preferable
Skills: Office Suite Expert
Experience: 1 Year
