Job Description

Working hand-in-hand with business Directors to tailor their business ideas to marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution of the business strategy, objectives, and requirements.

An ideal fit is an experienced professional who has led Marketing efforts across marketing functions, including B2B growth, content, campaigns, lifecycle, events, market research, customer marketing, PR, and partnerships. The candidate will align and work collaboratively with multiple departments to execute the approved plans by undertaking the following responsibilities:

  • Work with the region’s Managing Directors to understand their business strategy.
  • Help build and measure marketing funnels & lifecycle customer journeys to drive revenues.
  • Assists in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels.
  • Build a strong relationship with sales and align sales and marketing plans.
  • Involvement throughout the lifecycle of sales opportunities, providing marketing intelligence and tactics that complement the sales process and increase our velocity of sale and win rates.
  • Understand revenue targets and ensure a ROMI achievement.
  • Manage a small team and build a strong working relationship in all verticals of our business.
  • Build and tightly manage an execution plan to ensure the strategy is delivered effectively.
  • Develop marketing tactics to support the retention and growth of our existing customer base.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all external marketing materials.
  • Work with central research functions to perform industry and competitive analysis that informs the sales process and supports the business’ growth.
  • Provide timely guidance and justification to the business if approved plans require changes to budget or resourcing to enable effective delivery.
  • Must be a creative thinker with a complete understanding of the marketing mix and the role each marketing channel plays in achieving the region’s goals.
  • Must be a proactive marketing leader.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of maintaining brand standards along with program consistency and continuity.

Education & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing people and budgets.
  • Proven track record of generating leads at the top of a sales funnel to feed a sales team.
  • Experience in influencing and progressing the sales pipeline.
  • Proven experience in using CRM and analyzing and presenting marketing KPIs.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization (desirable) and motivating and leading others in the delivery of the agreed marketing strategy.
  • Proven experience in executing marketing within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience executing projects and plans using marketing project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
  • Experience in aligning with B2B sales processes. Strong video marketing skills, including video editing.
