Who you Are?

You must be a creative Animator and Graphic Designer to develop excellent visual frames with 2D/3D or other techniques. Your work will give life to storylines and characters in our explanatory videos. You possess a creative eye and artistic aptitude. You can easily turn a script or a concept into an impressive computer-generated animation. To excel in this role, you must be highly skilled in those software’s and storytelling which will help to make animated videos.

To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. You can take ownership of your job responsibilities and can communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and vendors. You work best in a bold, work hard, play-hard, environment. Job Brief

ENCS Networks currently hiring an Animator + Graphic Designer who will work closely with the marketing team, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high quality video content that reflect branding priorities

A successful Animator + Graphic Designer will be able to

• Research various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animations.
• Create multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams and stakeholders for final direction.
• Use requested design tools, including physical and digital tools, to create initial designs
• Create and elaborate on storyboards for requested projects.
• Use existing tools to draw final frames to be animated.
• Receive and examine design requirements for each project.
• Utilize industry animation tools or methods to finalize animation projects.
• Work collaboratively with marketing team to ensure consistency and accuracy of animated designs.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and design skills.
• Design advertising material and any other graphic artwork in line with the brand specs.
• Create engaging copy & graphic content to strict deadlines both autonomously and as part of a team, in a dynamic work environment.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
   

Qualifications Include

• You have a Bachelor of Science in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or any relevant field.
• You have prior experience as an Animator as well as a strong portfolio of sample explanatory videos. (IT company experience is preferred).
• You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• You possess strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
• You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• You are organized and can priorities effectively.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas.
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
