A rapidly growing IT company located in Pakistan, seeking experienced applicants for the ACCOUNTANT position.

Working Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks accounting/ Zoho books
• Manipulating large volumes of data in software
• Produce a full set of management accounts and monthly journals
• Prepare monthly/quarterly / annually budgets and cash flows
• Prepare monthly finance management reports
• Prepare administration of expense and claims
• Proper knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws
• Preparation of necessary details for filing of Income Tax / Advance tax / Withholding tax / Sales tax returns/statements
• Ensure timely payment of monthly Sales tax and income tax withheld liability
• Organize sales tax invoices, Input tax & Output tax ledger reconciliation with Sales Tax Return
• Liaison with external auditors during the course of conducting an annual audit of financial statements
• HR-related matters [Preparation of employee's files, process monthly payroll and leaves record, etc.]
• Prepare fixed assets register and ensure that all company assets are properly tagged
• Manage all bank related matters (Communication & followup, deposits & withdrawals etc.)
• Further duties maybe assigned when required
   

Mandatory Skills

• Must have 6 Months - 1-year hands-on experience in Accounts Management tools
• Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
• Must have strong MS Office using skills
• Knowledge of any other accounting software would be a plus
